Refurbishment of existing warehouse and offices to improve and prepare the building for marketing.

Works included replacement of suspended ceilings complete with new lighting scheme.

Fabric repairs to building envelope included reconstruction of damaged cladding, thus avoiding major replacement due to outdated profile.
