“Lands’ End is a well known clothing retailer which operates from their 240,000 square foot, state of the art distribution centre in Rutland. The company has been in the industry since 1963 and has grown from their origins in Wisconsin, USA to supply most of Europe through their online network.
Quantum Construction worked on the multi million pound extension to their European distribution centre, delivering the project ahead of schedule whilst meeting the detailed environmental challenges imposed by the client.
Adam Osbourne, Facilities Manager for the Lands’ End Company says, “Quantum Construction has provided our company with a successful and efficient service on the extension of our facility. They are always ready and willing to help with any enquiry and we are extremely pleased with the service our company has received.”
Projects - Refurbishment
Quantum Construction has experience of undertaking refurbishment in most sectors of the industry and pride themselves on their depth of knowledge and skill sets to handle such challenges.
Understanding the implications of limitations of working within existing structures, coupled with an awareness and ability to deal with below ground problems, makes us ideal to handle such contracts with a great degree of confidence.
Brownfield regeneration through ground stabilisation to completion of the building works are all within Quantum’s experience and remit.
