Second phase of works to rejuvenate ageing retail park by replacing cladding to front elevations and shop fronts to live retail units.

 

Remaining areas of cladding were repaired and re-sprayed to a high standard of finish.

 

Key to the works was to manage safely in a live retail environment with minimum disruption to retailers.

 

External works to frontages were also undertaken.
