“I would like to record the NASUWT’s appreciation of the professional service we received throughout this very time sensitive project.

You ensured a quick and appropriate response to any issues.

Quantum operatives were courteous and observant of NASUWT rules and regulations throughout their time on site. Site management was organised and professional with systems established to manage the presence of sub-contractors and suppliers.”

Works undertaken within National Grid’s existing Birmingham facility, immediately adjacent to the River Tame.

The heavily contaminated site was further constrained by two live 900mm diameter gas mains traversing the site close to the works, along with a plethora of other unknown buried
services crossing the site.

Vibration monitoring of driven piles was undertaken as part of the safety process to avoid fracture of the gas mains.

All the works were carried out within close proximity of the client’s own activities without disruption.
