Kingsway Retail Park
Works comprised splitting an empty retail unit into two separate serviced units.
Further works then involved preparing a further 21,500 sq.ft. of empty retail floor space by stripping the units back to their core, redecorating the shell, making good the floor and
applying epoxy floor paint.
New shopfronts were installed, composite cladding and signage applied to the front elevation, the balance of cladding being repaired and painted. The existing roofs were made good and overclad and the gutters relined. Gas monitoring equipment was installed internally.
External works comprised installation of new utility services, Reconstructing the access road and overlaying the car park along with new kerb lines, paving, external lighting and signage.
