“Lands’ End is a well known clothing retailer which operates from their 240,000 square foot, state of the art distribution centre in Rutland. The company has been in the industry since 1963 and has grown from their origins in Wisconsin, USA to supply most of Europe through their online network.
Quantum Construction worked on the multi million pound extension to their European distribution centre, delivering the project ahead of schedule whilst meeting the detailed environmental challenges imposed by the client.

Design and Build Contract to provide single storey community centre within a recently completed housing development.
With the assistance of Advantage West Midlands funding the facility was able to include full height internal badminton courts, complete with changing facilities to serve the outdoor five-a-side football pitches and tennis courts.
The outside facilities were provide by Secure All Weather Pitches, and were floodlit throughout.
A LEAP playground, complete with climbing and playequipment was a central feature of the external facilities.
Works also included carparking, paths, drainage and extensive landscaping works.
