Extensive re-modelling of the Anchor Inn Public House, including partial demolition and temporary supporting of the existing building to then extend and convert to a retail unit.
An instruction was received part way through the contract to demolish the entire structure, and construct a new build steel framed extension with masonry/ rendered façade, timber truss roof with concrete tiles and concrete floor.
This contract posed may obstacles due to it being a tight site on a busy main road however the final product has resulted in a thriving new retail unit for the community.
