“Quantum Construction have been most considerate to residents during this project.
An unusual ‘customer focus’ approach shown on this survey, quite ‘old-fashioned’ in todays selfish business environment, Well Done”
Blackwood School - Ingram (resident near site)
Projects - Auchentullich Farmhouse
The project required construction of replica farmhouse and courtyard, finished in local materials, to replace earlier structures demolished to make way for a new golf course. Only the highest level of quality was acceptable to the De Vere Group, due to the project being a key part of their flagship development. Client expectations were achieved and acknowledged by all parties.
Construction of the buildings comprised of timber framed structural members with local stone external cladding. The stonework was completed with dressed stone mullions and cills to window and doorways. Reclaimed Scottish slate tiling was fixed to traditional sarking boarding to the roofs.
The high specification for the internal finishings included sound and vision systems, throughout each building, linked into the site wide media infrastructure system.
Included within the contract was installation of furniture and fittings, presenting the buildings ready for immediate occupancy.
