Projects - Arborfield
Design and Build project for the construction of two and three storey houses on a high quality residential development, comprising a total of eight properties.
Site preparation included demolition of an existing private dwelling, petrol station, workshop and ancillary buildings. Decommissioning of underground fuel tanks included resolution of associated decontamination issues caused by leak of fuel from the redundant petrol station, prior to site occupation.
Flood risk assessment and alleviation works, including culvert diversions, were incorporated into the project to satisfy stringent requirements of Environment Agency.
The project included construction of a private roadway, foul water pumping station and associated infrastructure works. All the works were subject to NHBC inspection and approval.
